This dry white wine is produce from 100% Chardonnay grapes. In 2009, only a single barrel was harvested. Both alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations were realized in a new oak barrel. Then it was aged 10 month in the same barrel.

Tasting description:
Intense yellow color. There is a wonderful perfumed floral aroma, buttery style. Ripe pear and apple in this pure, rich and silky white wine. Good harmony between acidity and roundness. End with long persistent finish.

Production: 25 cases (75 cl).
