2002

Recruitment of the French winemaker, Francois Raynal, and purchase of the winery equipments in Italy. Choice of the Taung Che site, near the Inle Lake to build the winery and to plant the vineyard.
Preparation of the first plots on Taung Che site. The creation of terraces is needed due to high slopes on these plots.

2003

Plantation of 2 ha of plants locally grown (Shiraz and Chenin Blanc). Importation and plantation of 7,300 plants (1.5 ha) from France in order to experiment different varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Muscat and Roussane.

Plantation of 40,000 plants (7 ha) from Israel. Mostly Sauvignon Blanc but also Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The site of Myay Phyu, 10 km from the winery, is chosen to extend the vineyard. Plantation of 171,500 plants (31 ha) from Spain:
- Sauvignon Blanc,
- Pinot Noir,
- Muscat Petit Grain.
- Tempranillo

First production of 1,000 bottles of red and white wines

2008

Production of 80,000 bottles of red and white wines. Construction of the underground wine cellar near the winery.
