The wine was made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc grapes. For the white grapes, the harvest usually starts at the end of January or beginning February. The wine is made with all the winemaker attention, with temperature control at 16°C during the fermentation. The wine was aged a year on his lies in stainless steel tanks.
It has a nice golden yellow with a good brilliance. It's fresh and zesty with flavors ranging from citrus to gooseberry characters. This medium bodied wine offers a complex mid palate and long finish with a smell of tropical fruits. Superb drinking with sea food or as an aperitif.
