This dry rose wine is made from Carignan grapes (red variety). The grapes were processed like a red wine but the maceration was very short, around 6 hours in order to get the pink color. Then the fermentation continues in tanks at low temperature.

Tasting description:
Salmon pink color with good brilliance. Nose on the range of exotic fruits like melon and pineapple. Some toasted notes like toasted bread. Dry by well rounded.
