The Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine. This is the favorite wine of the winemaker. This variety is growing very well in our climate. The cool nights during the ripening period are very adapted to keep the varietal character of the Sauvignon.

Very typical flavors of the variety. Light yellow color with good brilliance. Nose on the range of citrus fruits like grapefruit. Fresh and very expressive. Some herbal or vegetal aromas like fresh cut grass.
