Professor BERNARD HUDELOT
Burgundy university of viticulture and oenology


The professor visits our vineyards twice a year to advice the resident winemaker. He is a specialist of viticulture in sub-tropical zone. He also owns a wine estate in Burgundy (Chateau Villars Fontaine – Cote de Nuit).

After getting his diploma of Oenology and Viticulture in 1998, Francois Raynal has worked around the world to get a maximum of experience in winemaking: Hungary, Chile, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey and Thailand. He is in charge of all parts of production: Viticulture, winemaking, bottling and quality control.

After working 27 years as a chemist for the government , he has joined our project in 2004.
He did visit European vineyards and has translated a encyclopedia of wine into Myanmar language.
