The winery was built in 2003 following the advices of the winemaker. It includes a reception area, a fermentation section, a complete laboratory, a bottling line and an underground cellar.

Tube in Tube exchanger to cool down the white
grapes before pressing
Fermentation area made of 10,000 and 15,000 liters stainless steel tanks. All tanks are equipped with cooling jackets and connected to a glycol solution chiller.
Bottling and labeling line
The underground cellar hosts the oak barrels
and the bottles
